In business, corporate style goals are a necessity.  But where does that leave the individual in terms of connecting to the goal and their personal motivation?

In personal goals, why are we still leaning on a corporate approach for setting goals, instead of better understanding the "why-behind-the-why-behind-the-why" of what we're actually trying to accomplish?

*spoiler alert - your main goal is probably NOT the actual thing you're trying to achieve

Participating in this training may result in:

‣Increased motivation in achieving business goals
‣A higher individual investment in reaching goals
‣Your teams better understanding & appreciation for how the process of achieving the goal and it's milestones affects themselves and others
‣Increased accountability, both individually & as a team
‣Celebration touch-points during the goal achieving process
‣Increased awareness of how to identify progress

during the goal achievement process (especially for
  identifiers that can't be measured)
‣A unified effort in rooting for, motivating, and supporting each other in the overarching goal

Would you like your team to be more personally invested & motivated when it comes to achieving business  goals?

What exactly IS corporate style goal-setting?

It's generally.....
1)
Arbitrary
(based on random choice or personal/corporate whim rather than any reason or system)
2)
Numerical
(pick a number - ANY number)
3)
Lacking intermediate milestones
(points along the way where you can identify progress, assign celebration, and recognize it by how it *feels*)

How is corporate style goal-setting getting in the way of your businesses growth?

1)
Your team as a whole, or individually, has a basic understanding of what the
   g
oal is, but may not be able to identify how the goal affects them or their
   process
(meaning less effort and connection to the goal)

2) It's leaving out essential touch-points for
‣acknowledging progress (that can't be measured)
  ‣providing greater accou
ntability
(and opportunity for feedback and/or
  troubleshooting)

   ‣celebrating progress made
3) It doesn't take into consideration the individuals values and personal
   motivators
(things that can provide them with a deeper vested interest in
the process because they can personally conne
ct with the goal)

Areas we'll explore for the individual during this training:

•How does the goal align with individual values?
•What feelings come up when you think about achieving the desired goal(s)?
•If you don’t know your values, narrow them down (2-3)
•What motivates you (how do you create milestones & celebrations that appeal to you)?
•What celebrations make sense or align with the goal the best?
•What kind of accountability do you need to stay on track during this process?

•What hurdles/natural resistance can you identify now, that you might experience later?

I wish my life felt easier

The first step is setting up a consultation.
Your willingness to facilitate your teams deeper understanding and connection to the goal achieving process is key to unlocking overall growth for your business.

It's important to me that you're invested in this process, and part of this first step is committing to show up for yourself AND your team.

Once we've determined we're a good fit and we discuss the pain points, expectations for each of us, and desired outcomes (along with timelines),
we'll pinpoint a date(s) for the training.

After we select a date, I'll start on the SOW.

Between now and the training you'll receive the SOW to review, at which time we'll discuss any newly identified needs or requested edits, based on what's best for the team and aligned with the overarching goal.

In the meantime, I'm accessible via email if you have any questions or relative information to the training.

Are you ready?!?

Are you curious about personal coaching?

So how does this coaching thing work, anyway?

There are some things about yourself that just feel BLAH, right?

Maybe you feel trapped in someone else's version of your life.

Maybe you've learned to believe your own lies about who you are and what's going on (aka - gaslighting yourself).

Maybe it all seems like too much work, and figuring out where to start makes you want to crawl in bed for a week (I've been there.  I get it).

The

So that's where we start, exactly where you are.  We figure out where you feel like you are, who YOU actually are (you know, that cool chick with all those amazing talents and dreams), what you want,
what you NEED, and what's important to you.

Then we figure out how that looks in the grand scheme of things (ahem, YOUR LIFE), and you'll start learning how to make decisions and taking actions that create those things in your life
(think things life healthier boundaries, saying the scary but true-to-you things that you feel, and practicing that in a place where you can do all of that without having it blow up in your face).

You'll also work on telling yourself YES before you even think about considering that something is impossible or out of your control (because more often than not, that's a lie).

It's my job (literally) to help you hold the line, to help you remember exactly what you're working for, how far you've come, and to remind you exactly how amazing and bada$$ you are when you can't remember for yourself
(and those moments WILL happen - they happen to all of us).

If you're ready to be the heroine of your own story, to wield the lasso of truth ON YOURSELF,
if you want to enjoy your life EVERY SINGLE DAY,
if you're ready to prove to YOURSELF that YOU ARE WORTH IT...

So, here’s the deal.  You’re amazing.  And we’ll talk more about that.  But ultimately YOU are responsible for the decisions, choices, and actions that will create the shift you’re looking for.  Wonderful things like free will, intuition, and gut instincts are a part of you.  And you will use those things as we go through this journey.  I’ll be here to guide, support, and empower you.  But I need you to know that by securing my services and viewing my content, you acknowledge that I’m not liable or responsible for making these things happen.

Thanks Babe!  Xoxo

About Me

For almost 20 years I've been helping people break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life.

With my high energy, contagious confidence, and natural ability to lead, I've been teaching women how to show up for themselves in BIG, unapologetic ways.  It's time to reclaim your power, live intentionally, and do so YOUR way, making your own rules as you go.

Midlife unraveling is when the universe gently places her hands upon your shoulders, pulls you close and whispers in your ear: “You are half way to dead. Get a move on” and then goes on to say:

“I’m not screwing around. All of this pretending and performing, these coping mechanisms that you’ve developed to protect yourself from feeling inadequate and getting hurt, have to go. Your armor is preventing you from growing into your gifts.
I understand that you needed these protections when you were small.

I understand that you believed your armour could help you secure all of the things you needed to feel worthy and lovable, but you’re still searching and you’re more lost than ever.
Time is growing short. There are unexplored adventures ahead of you.
You can’t live the rest of your life worried about what other people think.
You were born worthy of love and belonging. Courage and daring are coursing through your veins. You were made to live and love with your whole heart. It’s time to show up and be seen.”
