If you're sick of being too busy,
If you're sick of feeling overwhelmed,
If you're sick of feeling judged
(AND judging yourself),
You're in the right place.

‣Feeling free in your own skin (&mind!)
Not being able to trust yourself sucks.
It's bad enough that you find yourself doubting and overthinking things more often than not. But it's not like you don't know that you're really good at some things. So what's the "trick" to feeling confident in your decisions AND trusting yourself, your path and the process?
It all has to do with your Inner Critic. That "mean girl" with the megaphone throwing criticisms at you, worrying about what others will think, and struggling to commit to a decision because "what if it's not the 'right' one"? Oh, and let's not forget about her wanting you to be PERFECT all of the time.
Sound familiar?!?
Most women I know get sick and tired of being sick and tired
(and, no pun intended, it's actually making them sick and tired).
Is this you??? Are you.....
‣Sick and tired of the never ending to-do-lists in your head
‣Sick and tired of feeling like everyone's last priority (including your own)
‣Sick and tired of entertaining every single negative thought that goes through your mind
‣Sick and tired of feeling like everything is your fault or your responsibility
(or feeling like everyone else thinks that it's on you)
‣Sick and tired of doing more, only to feel like the work never ends
‣Sick and tired of saying yes when you really want to say no
‣Sick and tired of shoving down your emotions, keeping your mouth shut, and keeping the peace
(even when you feel like you're literally going to explode, or even implode)
‣Sick and tired of feeling like there's never any time to do what you enjoy, or have some fun, or even just have a few moments of peace
‣Sick and tired of feeling like there's always something wrong with you that you need to fix
It doesn't have to be that way.
You can change these things. And if you're scared to make the changes alone (or feel overwhelmed by trying to figure out how), I can help!
I wish my life felt easier

The first step is setting up a consultation.
Your ability to change your circumstances is directly related to working with someone that aligns with your values, needs, and energy.
It's important to me that you're invested in this process, and part of this first step is committing to show up FOR YOURSELF.

Once we've determined we're a good fit, you'll get your first appointment on the calendar.
After you set your appointment, and before the first session, you'll fill out your intake form. This is where we'll start to dig into your needs and goals, and build a plan for how to move forward, together.

Over the course of the next year we'll work as a team to dismantle the "mean girl" inside your head, build more self-compassion, get curious about who you are and who you want to be, and reconnect with your self trust so you can live a life of ease and joy.
We'll work a lot on building grounded confidence and quieting your inner critic.
Still not sure where to start?
So how does this coaching thing work, anyway?

There are some things about yourself that just feel BLAH, right?
Maybe you feel trapped in someone else's version of your life.
Maybe you've learned to believe your own lies about who you are and what's going on (aka - gaslighting yourself).
Maybe it all seems like too much work, and figuring out where to start makes you want to crawl in bed for a week (I've been there. I get it).
The
So that's where we start, exactly where you are. We figure out where you feel like you are, who YOU actually are (you know, that cool chick with all those amazing talents and dreams), what you want,
what you NEED, and what's important to you.
Then we figure out how that looks in the grand scheme of things (ahem, YOUR LIFE), and you'll start learning how to make decisions and taking actions that create those things in your life
(think things life healthier boundaries, saying the scary but true-to-you things that you feel, and practicing that in a place where you can do all of that without having it blow up in your face).
You'll also work on telling yourself YES before you even think about considering that something is impossible or out of your control (because more often than not, that's a lie).
It's my job (literally) to help you hold the line, to help you remember exactly what you're working for, how far you've come, and to remind you exactly how amazing and bada$$ you are when you can't remember for yourself
(and those moments WILL happen - they happen to all of us).
If you're ready to be the heroine of your own story, to wield the lasso of truth ON YOURSELF,
if you want to enjoy your life EVERY SINGLE DAY,
if you're ready to prove to YOURSELF that YOU ARE WORTH IT...

So, here’s the deal. You’re amazing. And we’ll talk more about that. But ultimately YOU are responsible for the decisions, choices, and actions that will create the shift you’re looking for. Wonderful things like free will, intuition, and gut instincts are a part of you. And you will use those things as we go through this journey. I’ll be here to guide, support, and empower you. But I need you to know that by securing my services and viewing my content, you acknowledge that I’m not liable or responsible for making these things happen.
Thanks Babe! Xoxo

Rebecca - Episode 7, The 1% Man Podcast

Interview w/ Rebecca Thomas
About Me
For almost 20 years I've been helping people break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life.
With my high energy, contagious confidence, and natural ability to lead, I've been teaching women how to show up for themselves in BIG, unapologetic ways. It's time to reclaim your power, live intentionally, and do so YOUR way, making your own rules as you go.

Midlife unraveling is when the universe gently places her hands upon your shoulders, pulls you close and whispers in your ear: “You are half way to dead. Get a move on” and then goes on to say:
“I’m not screwing around. All of this pretending and performing, these coping mechanisms that you’ve developed to protect yourself from feeling inadequate and getting hurt, have to go. Your armor is preventing you from growing into your gifts.
I understand that you needed these protections when you were small.
I understand that you believed your armour could help you secure all of the things you needed to feel worthy and lovable, but you’re still searching and you’re more lost than ever.
Time is growing short. There are unexplored adventures ahead of you.
You can’t live the rest of your life worried about what other people think.
You were born worthy of love and belonging. Courage and daring are coursing through your veins. You were made to live and love with your whole heart. It’s time to show up and be seen.”
